The Financial Services Commission reminds registrants and licensees that annual fees are due by January 31, 2026. This pertains to registrants operating under the Insurance Act, the Occupational Pensions Benefits Act, the Co-operatives Societies Act, the Mutual Funds Act, and the Securities Act. Credit Unions are reminded that payments are due on January 31.
Failure to remit fees may result in the suspension, cancellation or revocation of an entity’s registration or licence.
