The Role
Reporting to the Senior Research Officer, the Research Officer will conduct evidence-based research to inform policy and management decisions. He/she will develop robust data management systems, create reports based on findings, communicate high-quality data and evidence to management and assist with monitoring Key Performance Indicators to determine business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Finance/Data Analytics or related discipline plus a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role, or Diploma/Certificate in Economics/Accounts/Finance/Data Analytics or related discipline plus a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in a similar role. Practical experience using statistical software and knowledge of data analysis terminology.
