Invest Barbados will be participating in the RIMS Canada Conference 2025, scheduled for September 14-17 at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre.
The four-day annual risk management conference will be packed with several networking opportunities, engaging panel discussions and thought-provoking education sessions, featuring a cadre of leading key-note speakers. This year, key-note speakers will include: Manjit K. Minhas, Calgary-born entrepreneur, engineer and venture capitalist; Waneek Horn-Miller, Mohawk Olympian, activist and speaker on indigenous health and reconciliation; Michael Bach, a leader in inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility and bestselling author and Amanda Lindhout, New York Times bestselling author, kidnapping survivor, expert on transformation and extraordinary mindset.
Several attendees including risk managers, treasurers, C-level, insurance and IT professionals, among others, are anticipated to gather in one space to learn, engage with industry peers and build and/or further enhance partnerships/relationships.
