Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is one of the key investment sectors in Barbados. As such, Invest Barbados will be attending Nexus 2024, the premier conference designed to address the issues that influence the performance of the Nearshore model. The event will be held in Jersey City, New Jersey from June 12-13, 2024.
Targeting client leaders in technology, market and customer engagement, software and IT service firms, business processing outsourcing providers, CX and call centre companies, industry consultants and trade and investment agencies, this event is expected to attract approximately 200 attendees from the nearshore/BPO sector.
Included in the speakers list is Invest Barbados’ International FDI Consultant and Investment Executive, Lynda Arsenault, who will be part of the panel discussion titled, ‘Caribbean 3.0: Are the Tools in Place to deliver on the Dream?’, along with fellow panelist, Kishman N. Spence, Executive Director, KPMG Jamaica and moderator Zia Paton, Partner, Digital Services Leader (Caribbean) PwC.
These along with several other expert speakers will provide a number of thought-provoking presentations on various topics related to the industry.
